1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing our website (perfectcanscleaning.com) and utilizing the services of Perfect Cans Cleaning LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Service Description: Perfect Cans Cleaning LLC provides curbside trash and recycling bin cleaning services. Customers must ensure that their bins are empty and left at the curb on the scheduled cleaning day. If bins are full of unbagged trash or unavailable at the time of service, we reserve the right to skip the cleaning for that cycle without a refund. In the event a cleaning is skipped due to full or unavailable cans, we will attempt to reschedule your cleaning for the following week at our discretion.

3. Billing and Subscriptions
3a. Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via our third-party provider, Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the service selected.

3b. Subscription Commitment: By enrolling in a Monthly or Quarterly cleaning plan, you agree to a minimum service term of twelve (12) months.

3c. Cancellation Policy: For recurring plans, you may request to pause or cancel your service after the initial 12-month term has been met. If you wish to terminate your subscription prior to the completion of the 12-month term, an Early Cancellation Fee of $50 will be applied to your final invoice. One-Time cleaning services are non-recurring and are not subject to a long-term commitment.

4. Perfect Cans Cleaning SMS Alerts: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages regarding your service.

  • Program Description: Perfect Cans Cleaning offers an SMS program to send service updates, scheduling confirmations, and reminders to opted-in customers.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service schedule.
  • Pricing: Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the shortcode or number sending the messages. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  • Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@perfectcanscleaning.com.
  • Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Limitation of Liability: While we take great care in cleaning your bins, Perfect Cans Cleaning LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage to bins, including cracks, broken wheels, or missing lids. Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.

6. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
